Interval improvements in signal abnormalities and leptomeningeal enhancement observed in the right posterior parietal location in images A and B were due to leukemic leptomeningeal infiltration (red circles). New non-enhancing hyperintensities in image C were more marked in the left temporopolar regions. Bilateral frontal subcortical white matter was thought to indicate new leukemic infiltrations, as these were not seen in the previous MRI (red circle).
