The intestinal phenotype is intracholecystic papillary neoplasm (ICPN). Morphologically, the ICPN has complex tubulo-papillary epithelial growth with pseudostratified nuclei and basophilic cytoplasm. Mitotic activity is scarce and essentially on the basal side of the epithelium.
