Figure 3. (A, B) Serial ECG when electrolyte and metabolic derangements were corrected. Normal sinus rhythm with a rate of 94 beats per minute. Narrow complex with a normal axis and normal PR interval. The both the hyperacute T wave abnormalities and Brugada pattern have resolved.
