Figure 2. Postcontrast axial (A) and sagittal (B) CT slices confirmed an expansile lytic tumor of the distal ulna, with somewhat heterogeneous, partly cystic stroma, without calcifications. Significant contrast uptake is seen in the tumor stroma. No signs of infiltration of surrounding soft tissues. Volume Rendering Technique image (C) demonstrates lysis of the bone, abundant vascularization of the tumor, as well as major blood vessels diverging around the lesion.
