(A, B) Three-dimensional reconstruction of the heart from computed tomography was useful in localizing the sites of stenosis involving the right ventricle-to-pulmonary artery conduit and in understanding anatomical relationships between adjacent structures. The sites of stenosis were the proximal ends of both the right pulmonary and left pulmonary arteries.
