With fluid resuscitation and rest each patient’s CPK levels declined by 17%, 40%, 39%, and 40%, respectively, over the course of the hospital stay. At hospital discharge, patients 1, 2, 3, and 4 had CPK levels of 11 696 U/L, 5600 U/L, 8579 U/L, and 2029 U/L, respectively.
