Total protein and albumin levels increased after their decrease due to surgery and increased significantly 6 weeks after surgery compared to before surgery. (i): Transfusion of 4 units of RC-MAP and intravenous injection of 2 vials of 5% Albuminar® before surgery. (ii): Transfusion of 10 units of RC-MAP and 6 units of fresh-frozen plasma and intravenous injection of 2 vials of 5% Albuminar® during and after surgery.
