(A) Rectal tumor seeding preparation consisted of connective tissue stroma, inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, histiocytes, and plasma cells), bleeding, foamy macrophages (circles), and invasion of malignant tumor cells. (B) Prevesical tumor seeding preparations consisted of connective tissue stroma infested by massive inflammatory cells of lymphocytes, histiocytes, plasma cells, and PMN cells, accompanied by dilated blood vessels, bleeding, and malignant tumor cell invasion. (C) Douglas cavity tumor seeding preparation consisted of connective tissue stroma, inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, histiocytes, and plasma cells), bleeding, foamy macrophages (circles), and invasion of malignant tumor cells.
