A thick tumorous growth was seen, especially on the diaphragm, which was hardly curetted in surgery. The left thoracic cavity was compressed due to rapid growth of the tumor. (B) Growth of disseminated tumor tissue was observed in the subcutaneous tissue at the site of initial chest drainage (white arrowhead).
