(B) The tumor is composed of more than 90% cribriform glands with comedo necrosis and dystrophic calcification, diagnostic for cribriform carcinoma of the breast (H&E stain, 4× objective). (C) On higher power, the carcinoma is composed of atypical cells with moderate pleomorphism, consistent with nuclear grade 2 (H&E stain, 10× objective). H&E – hematoxylin and eosin.
