(A) Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) results revealed that there was a slightly low-density shadow lesion in the tail of the pancreas and no obvious metabolism, and benign or low-grade malignant lesions were considered. (B) Ga-68 dotatate PET-CT results demonstrated that the space-occupying lesions in the pancreatic tail were likely neuroendocrine tumors.
