In the left eye, there is a superior lateral subperiosteal collection of approximately 2.4×1.4×1.1 cm, and there is evidence of a mass effect on the adjacent lateral and superior rectus muscles. Additionally, there is evidence of stranding and thickening of the subcutaneous fat as well as mild soft tissue swelling in the left periorbital region. In the right orbit, there is a small subperiosteal collection measuring approximately 1.1×0.5 cm at the inferolateral aspect.
