Video 1. Right coronary angiography found acute thrombotic occlusion of the right coronary artery giant aneurysm. The contrast passes through the obstructed aneurysm and opacifies the coronary artery distal to the obstruction, which indicated thrombolysis in myocardial infarction grade 2 flow.
