Figure 1. (A–D) Case 1. At level 4CV, the RV appeared to be much larger in volume compared with the LV. The mitral valve was in a state of mitral stenosis, and there was severe tricuspid regurgitation. At the TVV level, the diameter of the aorta appeared to be smaller than that of the main pulmonary artery. At the transcerebellar plane, a cisterna magna with a size of 1.8 cm is apparent.
