Figure 3. (A, B) Case 3. At level 4CV, the LV was still visible, with mitral valve stenosis, and the tricuspid valve exhibited tricuspid regurgitation. The diameter of the aorta looked small and “tiny” due to the lack of blood flow. It was evident that the 2 atria had united into a uniatrial structure.
