On day 1, only deformation in the cervical spine was noted, but bone destruction on the right facet joint of C7/Th1 was confirmed on day 10. Day 41 showed no progression of facet joint destruction compared to day 10. Fusion of the right facet joint of C7/Th1 was confirmed on day 191.
