Urinary bladder distension is demonstrated with wall thickening, perivesical stranding with fluid, and gas throughout the bladder wall (arrowheads) and within the bladder lumen (arrow). Findings were consistent with emphysematous cystitis. No evidence of fistula formation, pelvic fluid collection, or lymphadenopathy were noted.
