Figure 1. Narrowing of the hepatic artery anastomosis with post-anastomotic/stenotic dilatation of the distal artery. There is poor visualization of the hepatic artery distal to the dilatation, which may represent hepatic artery occlusion. Intrahepatic portions of the hepatic arteries are also not seen.
