Figure 2. Within 24 h after the application of the ophthalmic ofloxacin drops, discrete circumscribed rash appreciated on the bilateral palms. Palmar rash is a very uncommon feature and is characteristic of only a few diseases. This type of cutaneous involvement is common in Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
