Enlarged R10 and L4 lymph nodes were also found in the mediastinum. (B) One month after neoadjuvant therapies, CT showed decreased size of the nodule beneath the pleura (from 10×9 mm to 5×4 mm) and reduced size of R10 and L4 lymph nodes.
