The histopathology shows nests of moderately differentiated squamous carcinoma cells arising from the surface epithelium that infiltrate into the underling dermis. Lymphocytic reaction around the infiltrates can be seen. The appearance is consistent with a primary stage IB squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E).
