Figure 2. Plain radiograph of femur dextra in anterior-posterior and lateral projection. Radiograph of the right femur revealed a lytic lesion with a permeative pattern and wide zone of transition. A periosteal reaction was also noted, with soft tissue involvement, suggestive of bone sarcoma.
