Figure 1. (A–D) Preoperative CT imaging and 3D reconstruction. There is an irregular soft tissue mass shadow within unclear margins in the antrum-duodenum-pancreatic head and neck region. CT value is 33Hu. Obvious heterogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase is observed. Contrast agent filling in the portal venous phase becomes larger and more uniform. There is narrowing of the lumen of the duodenal bulb. Computed tomography angiography shows the lesion is supplied by the gastroduodenal artery.
