During follow-ups at the clinic, (A) was taken 3 days after discharge, showing second-degree scald burns on the right upper limb, chest wall, and right lower limb, covering 30% of the surface area after the removal of the Elasto-Gel dressing. (B) Taken on 30 September, shows a close-up view of the patient’s right arm, revealing a full-thickness burn and skin loss. Most of the burns on other sites have healed.
