Figure 4. Histopathologic analysis: Mild hyperplastic synovial cells with plasmacytes and chronic inflammatory cells in the center of the papillae. No multinucleated giant cells or hemosiderin-laden macrophages were observed. The villi with concentrated inflammatory cells are indicated with yellow arrows. Special PGM1 stain was performed and were positive.
