Figure 1. Plain radiograph findings. Before the initiation of the 31st treatment cycle with pembrolizumab, anterior (A) and lateral (B) chest radiographs were performed. These images revealed bilaterally distributed infiltrates and nodular opacities, interspersed with areas of ground-glass opacity throughout the lung fields.
