Figure 2. Lung CT scan findings. CT scans of the lungs, conducted with an axial slice thickness of 0.5 mm, were obtained before the initiation of the 31st course of pembrolizumab treatment. These scans revealed multiple infiltrating nodular shadows of varying sizes and some areas of ground-glass opacity, distributed bilaterally across the lung fields (A–D). A specific nodule, highlighted by a circled area, was selected for biopsy during the subsequent bronchoscopic procedure (D). CT, computed tomography.
