Figure 3. Bronchoscopic findings. A bronchoscopic examination was conducted prior to the 31st course of pembrolizumab treatment. The bronchoscopic examination provided detailed images of the tracheal bifurcation (A), the bifurcation of the right upper and lower lobe bronchi (B), the right middle bronchus (C), and the segmental bronchi of the right lower lobe (B9 and B10) (D). Additionally, an endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) was used to guide the biopsy of a nodule located in the right lower lobe (E), ensuring precise localization and sampling of the lesion.
