The posterior tibial artery (arrow) demonstrated normal blood flow, and no abnormalities were observed at the anastomosis between the anterior (asterisk) and posterior tibial arteries. (B) During the intervention procedure, attempts were made to manage the wide-necked pseudoaneurysm using thrombin injection and balloon tamponade, but these interventions were ultimately unsuccessful.
