Figure 4. (A) HE Staining: Fibrous connective tissue contains irregularly arranged cell nests, forming glandular or solid structures. The cell nuclei are hyperchromatic with fine chromatin. Mitotic figures are rare. No necrosis is observed. (B) Immunohistochemical examination: synaptophysin shows diffuse positive staining. (C) Immunohistochemical txamination: Ki67 shows approximately 2% positivity.
