Video 1. Surgical access was achieved using a supraumbilical camera port and 2 additional ports on the umbilical line. Intraoperative colonoscopy assisted in detaching the cyst from the rectum, while stay sutures retracted the bladder, uterus, and vagina. Indocyanine green was injected, which helped precisely separate the cyst from the surrounding muscles, allowing its extension below the peritoneum into the pelvic floor. Complete excision of the cyst was achieved after its puncture.
