Figure 3. (A) The electrogram shows 2: 1 infra-Hisian block. The AH interval is short (74 msec) while the HV interval is 73 msec. The PR interval is 138 msec. (B) The electrogram shows normal intra-Hisian conduction (11 msec). Note that the P waves surrounding the QRS complex have shorter interval, compared with P-P intervals, without intervening QRS complex. This phenomenon is called ventriculophasic sinus arrhythmia.
