Figure 3. First post-operative spinal MRI and pathology images. Subsequent to the initial surgery, spinal MRI of the patient after 6 days indicated a minor intravertebral hemorrhage, bone edema, and slight soft tissue effusion in the perioperative region, as depicted in Figure A (T2WI sequence) and Figure B (T1-weighted sagittal MRI FS Dixon sequence of the lumbar spine following intravenous contrast administration). The pathology report identified the tumor as myxopapillary ependymoma WHO Grade 2 in Figure C.
