Histological evaluation revealed a multinodular architectural pattern (A), featuring hypocellular myxoid areas, alternating with cellular fascicles and nodules of moderately pleomorphic spindled cells, which concentrate around blood vessels (B). Immunohistochemical analysis revealed membranous immunoreactivity for CD34 (C), and negativity for calretinin (D).
