(A) Two wounds were found in front of the patient’s neck, one deep and the other shallow, the longest wound was approximately 10 cm; (B) A cuffed endotracheal tube was inserted through the opening in the injured larynx; (C) The sternothyroid and thyrohyoid muscles were ruptured, part of the cricoid cartilage was defective, the cricoid cartilage was completely disconnected from the first trachea; (D) Dynamic laryngoscopy 1 month after surgery.
