The biopsy specimen consists of oval-to-spindle-shaped cells exhibiting hyperplastic, dense, and diffuse growth. The nuclei are pleomorphic and hyperchromatic, and mitotic figures are observed. The stromal connective tissue between the cells is interspersed with lymphocytes. This uterus biopsy confirms the diagnosis of botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma.
