(B, C) Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining demonstrated both nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity for calretinin, with preserved nuclear staining observed for BAP1. (D, E) The specimen from the large intestine exhibited papillary growth and glandular differentiation. Notably, there was evidence of stromal invasion extending into the subserosa and muscularis propria, indicative of malignant transformation.
