Figure 1 (A) Abdominal CT scan. The image shows marked mucosal thickening of the gallbladder and is indicated by the white arrow. (B) Histopathology of the liver showing autoimmune hepatitis. The sample is a core-needle biopsy of the right liver lobe. Hepatic architecture shows centrilobular-portal bridging necrosis and pronounced portal and lobular mixed inflammation with prominent plasma cells. The parenchyma shows marked lobular disarray with regeneration.
