Figure 1. A pineal region angiolipoma in a 23-year-old man. Computed tomography (CT) scan showed an irregularly-shaped hypodense lesion in the pineal region with mass effects on the brainstem (A). Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with contrast revealed a pineal region partially enhancing lesion with mass effects on the quadrigeminal bodies of the midbrain. MRI also revealed vascular flow void signals within the lesion (B–D).
