Figure 1 Intraoperative pictures during chipping in case 1. The white arrow indicates a vertical skin incision approximately 2 cm in length at the level of the center of rotation of angulation (CORA). Chipping was performed with a chisel from the intramedullary canal to the cortex to avoid damaging the periosteum.
