A complex, comminuted fracture of the radial head is evident. The red arrow in the lateral view indicates a large primary fragment involving approximately 50% of the articular surface, which is also indicated by the blue arrow in the anteroposterior view. In this view, complete loss of humeroradial joint congruence can be observed, with a small remaining bone fragment that is also fully dissociated.
