Figure 1 (A) X-ray of right radius revealed a lytic lesion with a wide zone of transition, cortical destruction (arrows), and poorly defined periosteal reaction. (B) Curettage specimen showed a mixed inflammatory infiltration, including large foamy cells with emperipolesis (H&E, ×40).
