Figure 7 Comparative magnetic resonance imaging (A1–D1) before resuming nivolumab treatment (top image) and (A2–D2) after (bottom image) no longer shows significant enlargement of the pancreatic head. Coronal and axial T1- and T2-weighted post-contrast sequences (arrows) show resolution of the prior bulky pancreatic head mass and decreased peripancreatic inflammatory changes. No evidence of biliary ductal dilatation or vascular encasement is observed. Mild residual soft tissue thickening in the pancreatic head remained without diffusion restriction or significant enhancement.
