Figure 4 Gastroscopy showed a large longitudinal hematoma located 23 cm from the incisors of the esophagus, extending to the lower part of the cardia. Partial mucosal defects were observed on the surface, and the lumen was narrowed. Obsolete thrombus attachment can be seen in the gastric cavity, and no active bleeding was observed.
