Figure 2 Fetal MRIFetal MRI performed at 35 weeks’ gestation confirmed the presence of a large, complex solid and cystic mass in the right cervical region and right anterior chest. The lesion appears to be compressing the right lung and trachea, causing airway narrowing (green arrow), mass effect, and mediastinal shift (A). Total fetal lung volume measured by MRI was 26.6 mL (B).
