Right panel: Following administration of 6 μg of acetylcholine, the LAD exhibited approximately 70% focal vasoconstriction, consistent with coronary artery spasm. This was associated with retrosternal chest pain rated at 8/10 and a 3 mm ST-segment elevation, both of which resolved promptly after intracoronary nitroglycerin administration.
