Figure 1 Trends in INR, PT, and aPTT levels during hospitalizationSerial measurements show initial coagulopathy, with INR 4.35, PT 42.1 s, and aPTT 41.4 s on day 1, progressing to substantially elevated values (INR 7.08, PT 67.4 s, aPTT 45.8 s) within the first 48 h. Final values on day 18 reflect a therapeutic INR (2.11), with stabilization of PT and aPTT (22.0 s and 59.0 s), consistent with restored hemostatic balance.
