Figure 3 Flow cytometric study reveals an abnormal CD5-positive B-cell population with dim CD20 and CD79a, partial CD23, and bimodal CD200 expression (highlighted red population on A). The abnormal B cells show restricted kappa light chain expression. Such immunophenotype supports the diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis with CLL phenotype (highlighted green population in B).
