(C) Immunohistochemical staining shows positive expression for cytokeratin (CK), CK7 (partial), CK8/18, caudal-type homeobox 2 (CDX-2) (partial), villin, and Ki-67 (approximately 50%), and negative expression for synaptophysin (Syn), thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1), CD56, CD34, and Epstein-Barr virus in the tumor cells (immunohistochemical staining, ×400).
