Figure 1 A 38-year-old woman with infusion site extravasation injury following intravenous treatment with trastuzumab-emtansine (T-DM1). Six days after initial insult, her skin is swollen and erythematous with varying degrees of pigmentation, but the skin is still intact. At this point, the patient received antibiotics and topical wound care for management.
